
Every now and then, Moola’s security team will do a routine security sweep/audit to make sure that the members are complying with the site’s terms of service. So do not be surprised if you get locked out of Moola one of these days. Keep in mind that this does not mean you have done something wrong. If you happen to be locked out, the first thing you need to do is check the email account you have associated with Moola.com. You will usually receive an email in regards to why you have been locked out within 24-48 hours. If they request further information from you, the sooner you comply, the sooner they will be able to confirm there are no problems and let you back into your account.
